How can I tell if an Instructor-Led training session is full?

Select the event on the calendar > A message in red will appear above the Enroll Now button stating “Every seat has been claimed for this event. You will be placed on the waiting list for the event.”

How do I change my password?

Login > Select My Account at the top of the page > Select Profile > Complete the form.

 

How do I enroll for an Instructor-Led training session?

Go to the Calendar > Navigate to the month that you are interested in > Select the session title > Click or Tap Enroll Now > Complete the form.

A confirmation message appears at the top of the form and an email will be received confirming the details of the enrollment.

How do I remove myself from enrollment?

Login >Select Events located at the top of the page > Select Remove Enrollment.

 

I am interested in a class that is not listed on the schedule. How can I request a class?

Please send all training requests to trainingteam@esab.com.

I’m not receiving email messages from Victor Technologies Training; why not?

Check your “Junk” or “Spam” folder in your email. If the email goes to your Junk or Spam Email folder: Right click on the email message > Select Junk email > Select Mark as Not Junk.

 

Should I disable my pop-up blockers?

This is not required. However, if you are experiencing difficulty navigating the site or accessing the additional resources within our online courses, it may be helpful.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Select Login at the top of the page > Select the “forgot password” link > Enter the same email address used to register for the site > Check the email inbox and within minutes the login information will be received.

Why am I required to complete the reCaptcha code upon registering for the site?

This is a security measure to block spam and follows Victor Technologies protocol for protecting your information. Registration for the site can not be complete until the code is entered correctly.

 

Will a Victor Technologies course bookmark where I left off?

No. This functionality is no longer supported. The status of the Course will appear as Watched when the course begins. It will update to Complete once the “Finish” button is selected.
